NFC a technology that will rock 2011!
According to TechCrunch, NFC is one of the 7 technologies that will rock in store for this new year!
Mostly for the Mobile wallet usage where cell phones could be used as a credit card.
Today both Apple and Google have done the fist moves to make this opportunity a reality. Google acquire Zetawire, and may add Mobile payment to the next Nexus S, the Nexus has an NFC chip embedded. The iPhone 5 also may come equipped with an NFC chip, and Apple was interested by mobile payment startups year for a possible acquisition.
The efforts made by theses major players this year should begin to move the needle.
